July 1981 - a picturesque and flat calm Loch Ericht, taken from the bottom of the old wooden pier looking towards Dalwhinnie. The old wooden pier reappeared for the two summers 1981/81 as the loch levels were lowered for maintenance to the tunnels at either end. The calm of the loch is broken only by the ripples of a couple of fish jumping just in front of the camera.
