Jules Akel at Burns Visit Commemoration 2005

The redoubtable Jules Akel receiving a plaque with the "Selkirk Grace" at the Burns Visit Commemoration 2005. Jules did a power of work with the set up and printing of tickets, programme and various other items. With his lovely wife Elizabeth, he has always made me welcome in his home. As Burns would say "a gentleman and a scholar". Behind Jules are Walter Watson, President of the World Federation and Wilson Ogilvie, Past President.
