Loch Ericht in summer sunlight

This picture shows the full length of Loch Ericht stretching away for miles into the south-west. Only a very small proportion of the Loch is visible from the A9 which means few people are tempted to stop and walk or cycle along its bank. Car access is limited to residents only. You can see ospreys here in spring/summer, if you're lucky.
