I love the pix. However, if you could help me with more information on the nature of the deer when they are very thirsty.

I remember George Oswald telling me how they did this photo. It was in the winter when they fed the stags every day. They tied a piece of cattle cake to the end of the bottle so that as the stag went to eat the piece it would look as if it was drinking from the bottle. I think they tried to offer it to various distilleries for advertising but there weren't any takers.
